This includes Mixed-Use projects, Hi and Mid-Rise Luxury Apartments and Condominiums, Residential and Commercial Associations, Golf and Vacation Resorts and Clubs, CDD's, Premier Lifestyle Communities and the Leasing and Management of Residential and Commercial Retail, our team brings an innovative outlook and approach to developing teams and communities of people bringing immense success to the development, operations and management of these projects.

As Vice President of Operations and Development, Kim Morton maintains a close and hands on involvement in the recruitment, training and development of our teams to consistently carry out the mission and corporate culture of the organizations that we work with.
